In November 2022, Arricon Private Limited completed the detailed design of the Palghar jetty, an important infrastructure project for the Maharashtra Maritime Board (MMB). This project involved creating a comprehensive design for the jetty located in Palghar, Mumbai, with a focus on ensuring structural integrity and functionality. Our design process included thorough checks for various factors such as wind pressure, seismic activity, accidental loads, and the impact of wave forces. This was to ensure that the jetty could withstand environmental stresses. Additionally, we incorporated pile foundation work to provide strong support for the structure, addressing the unique challenges presented by the marine environment. Our expertise in detailed RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete) design ensured that the jetty meets all safety and performance standards, contributing to the efficient operation and durability of this vital maritime facility.

Structural Audit for Sangli District Co-op Agricultural Rural Multi-Purpose Development Bank, Jath and Vita Branches

Arricon Private Limited undertook comprehensive structural audits for Sangli District Cooperative Agricultural Rural Multi-Purpose Development Bank, including its branches in Jath and Vita. These stone masonry buildings, constructed in 1989, were thoroughly examined for structural integrity through extensive testing and visual inspections. Our assessment concluded that the buildings are in a transitional phase, indicating aging and significant wear that requires extensive repairs and strengthening. Given the historical nature of these structures, we paid special attention to preserving their original construction while recommending necessary reinforcements. Our detailed reports highlighted critical areas that require immediate attention to ensure the long-term safety and operational functionality of all branches

This project centered around creating a Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) with a total area of 8,500 square feet, including a sophisticated truss system.
