In December 2022, Arricon Private Limited completed the design of a 31,250-square-foot police
station for the Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation (MSRDC) along the
Samruddhi Mahamarg expressway. Our work included architecture, structural design,
mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) services, firefighting systems, and landscaping. The
building was designed to fulfill the operational and security needs of the police force, focusing
on functionality, safety, and resilience.
The structural design ensured long-term durability, while the architectural layout optimized
operational efficiency. We also delivered a detailed landscape design to enhance the
surrounding area, creating a professional and secure environment. Our MEP and firefighting
designs adhered to the highest safety and efficiency standards, contributing to an optimal
