In May 2021, Arricon Private Limited carried out a structural audit for Ayurvedic Medical College, Peth Vadgaon, which also serves as a COVID center and hospital. The audit involved thorough structural entity testing and visual inspection to evaluate the building’s condition. 

Our assessment revealed that the facility is currently in a transit phase, necessitating substantial repair work and structural strengthening to ensure its safety and functionality. Given the nature of the facility, patient safety was a key focus of the audit, and we provided recommendations to enhance structural integrity, ensuring the hospital and medical college can safely continue serving its patients. Our report offers a clear action plan for the required interventions to reinforce the building’s stability and safety.
