In January 2024, Arricon Private Limited began the detailed design of an overhead water tank using a steel structure for a chemical industry located in the TTC Industrial Area of Navi Mumbai. This project focuses on ensuring the structural serviceability of the tank, with design checks tailored to meet the unique demands of industrial applications. Arricon Private Limited undertook comprehensive structural audits for Sangli District Cooperative Agricultural Rural Multi-Purpose Development Bank, including its branches in Jath and Vita. These stone masonry buildings, constructed in 1989, were thoroughly examined for structural integrity through extensive testing and visual inspections. Our assessment concluded that the buildings are in a transitional phase, indicating aging and significant wear that requires extensive repairs and strengthening. Given the historical nature of these structures, we paid special attention to preserving their original construction while recommending necessary reinforcements. Our detailed reports highlighted critical areas that require immediate attention to ensure the long-term safety and operational functionality of all branches

In June 2024, Arricon Private Limited conducted a comprehensive structural audit for Sangli District Cooperative Agricultural Rural Multi-Purpose Development Bank in Sangli. The audit covered a total building area of 20,000 square feet, involving extensive structural testing and visual inspections to evaluate the building’s condition. Our analysis indicated that the structure is in a transitional phase, showing significant deterioration that requires substantial repairs and strengthening. The audit identified critical areas needing immediate intervention to ensure the long-term safety and functionality of the bank’s premises. Based on our findings, we provided detailed recommendations for structural reinforcement and necessary repairs to extend the building’s lifespan and maintain its operational integrity. Our goal is to ensure the bank continues to serve its clients safely and securely, following best practices in structural maintenance and safety standards.
