In August 2024, Arricon Private Limited conducted a detailed structural audit for Anant English School in Mayani. The audit included comprehensive testing and visual inspections to evaluate the building’s condition. We also recommended a floor extension to accommodate future space needs while preserving the building’s structural integrity. In October 2023, Arricon Private Limited completed the design of a steel structure for Pravin Engineer in Kolhapur. This project centered around creating a Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) with a total area of 8,500 square feet, including a sophisticated truss system. Our design process took into account various factors that affect structural performance, ensuring the building’s effectiveness under different conditions. We conducted detailed design checks to include considerations for wind pressure, seismic activity, and potential accidental loads to improve safety and stability. The design also featured a gantry girder to meet specific operational requirements.
